Do not create a new profile.
Sign in to the web site using your old email address and password. Then go to My Account > Settings and change the email address there. By updating your profile, instead of creating a new user profile, you will retain your past user history including educational program records.
If you do not remember your password, and you cannot access your old email address to request a temporary password, contact Customer Service.
