Downtime Process

In the event of an outage please follow your regular downtime processes.

  • If MayoACCESS is down for an extended period, please send batch sheets from your internal system or wait for MayoACCESS to become available.
  • If your internal system is down, orders may be placed manually in MayoACCESS or held until your system is available.
  • The downtime form should be used if MayoACCESS ordering application and your system are both unavailable.
