Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I having trouble viewing a PDF?

Most PDF viewing problems are caused by the user's PC configuration. Common problems include:

  • Adobe Reader plugin is outdated
  • Computer memory is low
  • Both Adobe Acrobat Professional and Adobe Reader are installed on the system, resulting in a conflict

To resolve, try the following:

  • Verify the PC has the latest version of the Adobe Reader plugin installed. Download it at http://get.adobe.com/reader
  • Right-click the PDF link and select “Save Target As” to download it to the desktop. Click the PDF icon on the desktop to launch.
