In the event of an outage please follow your regular downtime processes.
- If MayoACCESS is down for an extended period, please send batch sheets from your internal system or wait for MayoACCESS to become available.
- If your internal system is down, orders may be placed manually in MayoACCESS or held until your system is available.
- The downtime form should be used if MayoACCESS ordering application and your system are both unavailable.
Note: Print the downtime form in advance so that you can use it even if the internet is not available.
